HAPPY RELEASE DAY TO WAGE WAR!

It’s 1st October today and guess what?! Florida hard rock quintet WAGE WAR — Briton Bond [lead vocals], Cody Quistad [rhythm guitar, clean vocals], Seth Blake [lead guitar], Chris Gaylord [bass], and Stephen Kluesener [drums] — release their fourth and brand-new album ‘Manic’  TODAY!

They spoke to us about the upcoming album, “after a long wait, and endless hours of work, we could not be more ecstatic to announce our new album Manic. We've spent the entire last year working so hard to bring you the best Wage War yet, and we've never been more sure that we've accomplished that.“

Their first single of the record ‘Circle the Drain’, “is a song about learning from past mistakes and accepting responsibility in a world that needs change. It starts with us deciding to be a part of the solution.” Listen the ‘Circle The Drain’  HERE.

The new album on a whole has been long awaited by fans and industry alike. The drummer, Steve Kluesner comments,
"’Manicencompasses everything we’ve gone through as musicians in the last year-and-a-half. The whole industry halted, and we technically lost our jobs. Our scene was among the first to leave and the last to come back. The album captures the whole period."
Cody Quistad adds saying, "’Mania’ is a wild emotion. The last year was all severe highs and lows. We had some victories, but we've also had so many low points. We've built this thing for the last 10 years and put all of our chips into it. We've missed birthdays and funerals, but we've done some extraordinary things. Last year, we found ourselves wondering if it would ever come back. That's really what the album is about."

Judge for yourselves- I believe Wage War’s new album is a continuation of 2019’s ‘Pressure’, which landed on Loudwire’s ’50 Best Metal Albums of 2019’. With this new collection they will reach new heights and we are looking to seeing them live again real soon.

‘Manic’ is out now on Fearless Records and can be ordered here.

Happy Release Day!

Both acts have had phenomenal support from two of the biggest producers around. The Gospel Youth's debut album Always Lose is out now via Rise/Velocity Records and was produced by Romesh Dodangoda (Kids In Glass Houses, Bring Me The Horizon, Twin Atlantic). Live they are currently on the Vans Warped tour, but have shared stages with the likes of We Are The Ocean, Mallory Knox, Deaf Havana, Hands Like Houses and many more. In 2016 the band launched a campaign that saw them release 12 crowdfunded singles in 12 months, putting their future in the hands of their fans and opening up the opportunity to write month on month about live experiences as they happen.

The Manchester UK four-piece Milestones have been signed to Fearless Records after proving how talented and determined they are, ready to raise the bar even higher by setting yet another milestone. The group debut EP release Equal Measures, produced by Phil Gornell (Bring Me The Horizon, All Time Low, Set Your Goals), unleashed five tracks that all brilliantly showcase singer Clarke’s passionate, emotionally-drenched vocals and the band’s knack for crafting infectiously catchy melodies while wrapping them all around themes of self-recognition, acceptance, learning to love yourself and realising when it’s time to move forward.
